  Versatility - The adjustable height of each squat stand ranges, enabling you to squat or bench, regardless if you are 5' tall or 6'5" tall. Starting at a height of 15", the bar catches even allow you to bench off the floor without a bench.

  Stability - Heavy Duty Frame, Olympic bar j-hook/catches easily allowing lifters to rack the weight. Lower static bar catches/spotter arms support.
