At Sparks, we want to ensure your gear helps you perform at your peak. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the sports gear you wish to return.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are still attached and the equipment or apparel is in its original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
